How much does warehouse construction cost per square metre?

Cost depends on clear height, structural span, floor specification, racking and fire-protection systems. We assess the site and provide a transparent BOQ and quotation before you commit.

How long does it take to build a warehouse?

A typical steel warehouse takes approximately 3–6 months, depending on its size, floor specification and building systems. In-house fabrication gives us stronger control over the schedule and delivery.

Can the warehouse be designed for racking and forklifts?

Yes. We engineer clear height, column spacing and floor loading around the racking system and forklift routes to maximise usable storage capacity.

Which areas do you serve?
