Cost depends on factory type, clear height, structural span, equipment loads and required building systems. We assess the site and provide a detailed BOQ and transparent quotation before you commit.

How long does it take to build a factory?

A typical steel factory takes approximately 4–8 months, depending on size, building systems and permits. In-house fabrication gives us stronger control over schedule and delivery.

Can you handle the building permit and Ror.Ngor.4 factory licence?

Yes. We coordinate design, construction drawings, the building permit (Aor.1) and the factory operating licence (Ror.Ngor.4) in accordance with Thai law.
