Designed by Leffler Simes Architect, the large format retail homemaker centre will include food and drink outlets and retail and showroom tenancies, including Harvey Norman and Domayne and the Harvey Norman QLD State Offices.
ADCO Constructions was awarded the main builder contract. SGE awarded the structural steel package for the shop detailing, fabrication, and supply.
Key Feature One
Utilising Tekla Software for 3D Modelling and detailing the integration of Architect and Structural engineering designs, SGE provided significant process in clash detection with other trades.
